The front building on the property houses Units A & B. These units combined create a spacious and stylish two bedroom, two bath apartment.

The features of this combined unit includes sleeping for eight, an updated large kitchen with a built in breakfast bar with seating, a separate eat-in dining area with seating for four, a spacious living room with a queen sleeper sofa.

The front bedroom has a queen size bed, a roomy closet and large dresser with many drawers to store your belongings. There is a full bathroom in the hallway with a tub/shower.

The second bedroom is a large master bedroom with a king size bed, dresser and club chair and a connecting newly renovated and luxurious bathroom with a tiled shower (no tub) and granite countertop.

The exterior of this unit has a large oversized deck for the exclusive use of the guests of this unit. There are chairs and tables in this area for enjoying a peaceful cup of coffee, having cocktails, reading, playing cards, grilling and more.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking utensils, appliances, dish and glassware that you will need during your stay. For the convenience of our guests, we also provide a coffee maker, microwave, blow dryer, iron, grill, cable TV and free secure wireless internet. All bed linens and bedspreads are included with the rental. All bath, hand and kitchen towels, soaps, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels are provided.

There are beach towels and beach chairs available for the use guests. We have DVD players and bikes available on request and on a first come-first served basis.
