NOTES:

• ALL PRICES ARE BEFORE TAXES. THE CURRENT TAX RATE IS 12%.
  No additional cleaning fee.
• ADVANCE PAYMENT OF 25% IS REQUIRED
  (AND $50 CLEANING FEE FOR DOGS OVER 20LBS)
• FINAL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
• ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE IN US DOLLARS ($)
  EITHER BY MONEY ORDER, PAYPAL OR CHECK DRAW ON US BANKS.
• UP-CHARGE OF 10% MAY APPLY
  for Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Easter, New Years Eve & Christmas.
• ALL ROOMS ARE NON-SMOKING.
  A $250 charge will be imposed if there is smoking in the units.
• WE ARE PET-FRIENDLY:
  However you must notify us if you are bringing a pet. An additional fee or pet deposit may apply.
• ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO CHANGE AND AVAILABILITY
• SECURITY DEPOSITS MAY BE REQUIRED
• CANCELLATION POLICY:
  Changes can be made to reservations during the first 60 days of making the reservation.
  After 60 days, the advance payment is non-refundable.
